Rob and Thomas started flipping older houses in Charlotte in 2018 after finding a common passion for residential construction. They now have many renovation and new construction projects under their belt and continue to grow each year!
MEET ROB
Rob grew up in Richmond, VA and graduated from Clemson University in 2014 with a Master in Finance and Minor in Accounting. He also received a Master of Real Estate Development graduate degree in 2016. After grad school, he worked in Charlotte in commercial real estate finance for Grubb Properties, the Dilweg Companies, and Kimco Realty before co-founding Circa Homes. Rob is also a licensed realtor in North Carolina. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending sporting events, live music, and playing tennis.
MEET THOMAS
Thomas grew up in Charlotte and graduated from Appalachian State University in 2015 majoring in Construction Management and Appropriate Technology (Renewable Energy). After Graduating from ASU in 2015, he worked for Rodgers Builders, managing commercial construction projects throughout Charlotte. Thomas is a licensed General Contractor in North and South Carolina. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, meeting new people, cooking, sitting around with his dogs, and playing soccer.
